We got great value for our money at Oriental Bay. The room was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and even a lovely balcony with a view of an olive grove. The location was perfect, quiet yet central, just a short walk to the town and the beach. But what truly made our stay special was the incredibly friendly and hospitable owner who treated us like family. She even let us check out late, provided us with food and drinks, and gave us sun umbrellas for the beach.
The breakfast experience could have been better if there were more options available.

This seafront accommodation offers a truly incredible location right on the beach, providing an unparalleled opportunity to enjoy the stunning views and access to the sea. The studios are well-equipped, clean, and come with thoughtful amenities such as salt and local olive oil in the kitchen. The warm and friendly host goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, offering homemade treats and even extending check-out time.
Parking can be a challenge, but this doesn't detract from the overall wonderful experience at this beachfront accommodation.

The host was best, kept in touch with us. A shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the bathroom were a bonus. Found a nice place called Tavern Caravella within walking distance of the apartment, had lunch and dinner there.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The colors and patterns were so vibrant and made me feel like I was in a cozy seaside paradise. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible with easy navigation and no stairs to worry about.
I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the staff. While they were polite, I felt that some of the children working there could have been more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The hosts were absolutely amazing, super friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities including wifi, electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The newly refurbished bathroom was a nice touch. The location was perfect, right by the beach and in a quiet area of town. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel-like service with daily room cleaning. The delicious homemade Spinach and Feta Kalitsounia offered by the host were a great treat. fantastic value for money!

We had a great stay at a cozy and silent location. the room was comfortable and equipped with all the necessities for a relaxing stay. the main amenities provided, like a fridge and a water boiler, were very useful. the cleanliness of the place was spotless, and the daily room cleaning was a nice surprise. the location was perfect, with the main part of the town and the beach just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the surrounding olive grove.
The room we booked turned out to be a bit too small for our liking. It was our fault for not checking earlier, as the property had bigger rooms available.

We had such a warm welcome at this lovely hotel in Palaiochora. The room we stayed in was simple but very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and promenade. We appreciated the new air conditioning as it kept the room nice and cool. Although the space under the shower was a bit small for an adult, it was just a minor inconvenience. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We even received hotel-like service with daily room cleaning. The balcony was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend Oriental Bay for a memorable experience in Palaiochora.
